I have been using the RecoSMA laser platform from LINLINE over the last 2 years. And I can wholeheartedly accept that it has made a huge difference to my practice and to my clinical outcomes. It is one and only laser which has shown remarkable effect on wound healing. I have noticed a significant reduction in the healing time of wounds with the laser treatment. I have also used the laser in several unusual situations including intra-operatively, with excellent results.

The management of chronic leg ulcers that do not respond to standard treatments is a real challenge in terms of public health due to the significant costs generated and considerably alters the quality of life of patients. The YAG/Er RecoSMA Laser is a very promising solution in this indication because it allows the biofilm to be effectively removed thanks to the effect of the laser ablation and its mechanical-acoustic effect promotes cell regeneration. Combined with the usual treatments for leg ulcers, it can restart the healing of ulcers that are difficult to heal.

In our study involving 59 patients, published in 2023 in the Journal of Wound Care (UK), we observed a significant reduction in the average number of sessions required for wound closure. The mean wound surface area at baseline was 25.7 cm², and the average number of sessions required was just 4.41, ranging from 1 to 11 sessions.
What sets RecoSMA apart is its ability to treat the wound surface and deeper tissues simultaneously, promoting faster and more effective healing. RecoSMA laser is regenerative Laser. I have documented regeneration of planter skin. Wound 5 cm X 3.5 cm on heal will not heal by wound contraction. Obviously it is possible only by tissue proliferation. How this will happen? Regeneration of different tissue by stimulation of stem cells. If this laser is stimulating epithelial stem cells then it should stimulate other stem cells also. That is how I started work on Hair regrowth. In female patients results are promising. This not only controls & stops hair fall but also shows improvement in texture of hairs leading to fullness. Hair regrowth in male patients are convincing & promising. Other problems besides non healing wounds where RecoSMA laser is very useful are Elimination of scars, Keloid, Hypertrophic scars & stretch mark.

Amazing laser technology. Patients suffering from chronic wounds do dressings for months. The RecoSMA laser technology for wound healing can be considered a near miracle. The problem with laser wound healing is that heat is detrimental to wounds, but LINLINE has achieved the perfect balance in the amount of Laser heat which stimulates wound healing.
