This is not plastic surgery. Not RF. Not fractional thermolysis.
This is something you may have never heard of before. But something that can change aesthetic medicine. Forever and ever.

Meet RecoSMA — a new non-ablative non-thermal method of skin rejuvenation and tissue repair.

The current concept of age-related changes on the face and neck is based on the alteration of the skin and underlying tissues such as the adipose, skeletal and superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) which is a thin layer of connective tissue that links the facial muscles to the superficial and deeper facial tissue. Any change in the SMAS results in changes in appearance. So when it comes to facial rejuvenation it is crucial to address not only the skin but also the SMAS.

Until recently cosmetic surgery such as rhytidectomy (SMAS facelift) was the main option. Given the current rise in demand for non-invasive methods for rejuvenation, alternative to the surgical methods has been developed. A novel RecoSMA method using an Er:YAG laser (2936 nm) with a unique Spatially Modulated Ablation (SMA) module targets both the dermis and the SMAS giving the results equal to the surgery.

The method works by microablation of the upper layer of the epidermis and subsequent formation of the explosive acoustic waves that can break down cells at a depth up to 6 mm.  It completely restores all skin structures damaged by ageing mechanisms. The effect of the RecoSMA rejuvenation treatment is cumulative and skin rejuvenation continues for 3–4 months post-treatment due to collagen maturation. The method is backed by numerous pre-clinical and clinical studies.

Patient K., 45 y.o. received RecoSMA-of deep action treatment using Er:YAG Laser + SMA module (Multiline Laser Platform). After the treatment, Patient K showed pan facial improvements in tone and texture; the depth of wrinkles and nasolabial folds clearly decreased; skin lifting occurred six months post-treatment.
